Our joint venture partnership with the Vine Street Group targets government leased office buildings. We partnered with Vine Street Group due to their 40 years of experience providing exceptional offices and service to the State of Washington and the Federal government. Our first project is an 82,000 sq. ft. DSHS office building in Vancouver, WA, and our second is a 35,000 sq. ft. DSHS office in Moses Lake, WA. In the fall of 2017, we purchased a 60,000 sq. ft. building in downtown Olympia Union Tower. The building is currently undergoing renovation.
