Based in Seattle, Washington, Cascadia Group is a regional, Pacific Northwest, family-owned development and investment company, focusing on office, storage, & multi-family development. Cascadia Group was founded in 2002 by Jeremiah McKinley. The company has three operating segments: Joint Ventures, Investment Funds, and Asset Management. Cascadia has developed and owns over 260,000 sq. ft. of office, 1000+ units of storage, & 300+ multi-family apartments. We also have holdings in agribusiness, hospitality, & technology.
